Fire Sale
ChemCeed is having a fire sale on the following items: Disodium Sebacate (DSS) - 300 Mesh, Sebacic Acid (non-Dong Feng material), DB in EG, Boric Acid, DINP (2 drums), and DOP (2 totes, 2 pails). Please inquire for details.
Our Triazole Line
Tolyltriazole(TTA) and benzotriazole(BTA) are two commonly used corrosion inhibitors. TTA is one of the most common corrosion inhibitors for yellow metals, especially copper. Uses include water treatment, engine coolants, metal working fluids, lubricants, and cleaners, as well as silver protection in dishwashing detergents and an anti-fog agent in photographic development. Aircraft deicer and anti-icer fluid contain benzotriazole. BTA derivatives are found in pharmaceuticals such as antifungal, antibacterial, and anthelmintic drugs. ChemCeed also has the ability to provide blended solutions of TTA and BTA. The TTA and BTA markets have encountered tightness in supply recently as raw materials are short. ChemCeed is keeping a close watch on the supply situation. Contact ChemCeed to get pricing and availability during these trying times for the TTA market.
EDA and Boric Acid
Ethylenediamine(EDA) and boric acid are two items you may not know we carry. Adding to other corrosion inhibitors we offer, EDA can also be used as a chelating agent, an activator for bleach and is also used in production of some fuel additives. Boric acid, a common antiseptic used in the pharmaceutical/cosmetic industry, is also a wood preservative additive and insecticide as well as a flame retardant for such materials as cotton, paper base product and wood. The EDA can be available in bulk, drum or totes packaging and boric acid is offered in 25 kg per bag. Please contact someone at ChemCeed sales for further information.
