The Castor seed actually contains a toxin. When the seed is cold pressed to extract the oil, the toxin ricin (a solid) stays with the seed because it's not oil (liquid); thus, cold pressed and filtered Castor oil is non-toxic.

NCeed - A ChemCeed Division
ChemCeed, LLC would like to formally introduce NCeed Enterprises as a division of ChemCeed, LLC. NCeed is the selling arm into the lubricant and metalworking fluids industries. This division specializes in offering a line of corrosion inhibitor additives, specialty base stocks and bittering agents. Many of NCeed's products are derived from the castor seed offering a sustainable option and quality proven products.

Specialty Amines
ChemCeed would like to announce an addition to our product line: specialty amines. These products have a wide variety of applications including paint & coatings, adhesives, and pharmaceuticals. Due to their chemistry, specialty amines can act as both catalysts as well as crosslinkers. This product line includes DMAPAPA, TMPDA, EDIPA, IPOPA, MOPA, EMADMEA, DMIPA, and B2A.
