Chemicals in Water Treatment
The world of water treatment chemicals is vast. Drinking water uses one set of chemicals, while the ones used in industrial water treatments are totally different, and waste water is treated with a whole other group of chemicals. Some products overlap into some or all the areas of water treatment. ChemCeed offers a wide array of products covering different areas of the water treatment world. The Future of Phthalates
Phthalate products, including Dioctyl Phthalate (DOP), are some of the most common and longest used products on the market to make PVC soft and flexible. These products are still commonly used in many applications from medical devices to building materials. A few large manufacturers have announced their discontinuation of some lines of phthalate plasticizers, in particular Dioctyl Phthalate (DOP) and Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP). Despite this, Chemceed will continue to carry these tried and true products. We will continue to supply these products in bulk, totes, and drum quantities. Please inquire with us for more details.
Our Food Grade Products
You may already know that ChemCeed carries a line of food and beverage processing agents and additives. Some of these items include acidifiers and preservatives such as phosphoric acid, lactic acid , propionic acid and methyl/butyl parabens; baking additives ammonium bicarbonate, potassium sorbate, and azodicarbonamide; sweeteners such as aspartame and xylitol. We have recently added new preservatives and products to help extend shelf life of beef, poultry, seafood and pork.
