BioPlastics Events this Month
In promotion of ChemCeed's new addition of FKuR's bioplastics to our product line, ChemCeed will be attending the BioPlastic Symposium in San Antonio,TX which will feature presenters from more than 40 leaders in the bioplastics industry. In addition, ChemCeed will be promoting this line to the packaging industry and will be attending PACK EXPO 2012 in Chicago, IL.  FKuR bioplastics are available for food contact and film applicaitons.  ChemCeed looks forward to becoming more involved in these industries.
Dockworker Strike Delayed
Negotiations have continued between East and Golf Coast workers' union, International Longshoremen's Association and the U.S. Maritime Alliance, and shipping companies. Following talks with a Federal mediator on September 20th, it was announced that the dockworkers contract will be extended for 90 days to avoid an October 1st strike.
