Position Description:
As an Inside Sales/Account Representative you will be responsible for working with a team and preform the following responsibilities
- Business to business sales calling
- Providing customer service to current and potential customers
- Establishing and maintain strong relationships and contacts in assigned accounts
- Providing the highest levels of support and service to accounts
- Exceeding quota expectations as established by management
- Working with company software to make calls and document dialogue with potential customers, current customers, vendor and other agents
- Sending out company/product information, quotes, emails and other company documents
- Some traveling will be required for sales visits to potential and current customers and to attend industry conferences
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
- Business to business sales experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness and ability to adapt to our sales process and requirements
- Ability to make many calls and correspond with current and potential client with a confident attitude
- Ability to learn computer software quickly
